Ultra Low-Profile 35-watt Natural Light Solar Attic Fan

Ultra Low-Profile 35-watt Natural Light Solar Attic Fan:whether you are buying on line for the first time or you are an avid e-shopper, we wants to make your shopping experience as pleasurable as possible. The listing says 2100 square footWell, there is a difference betwe en square feet and cubic feet.Read on to hear my experience!Just bought this one in the pictureUltra low profile 24 wattsIt’s very quite, held it up by hand directly towards the sun at 2pm today on 8-9-19 very hot and sunny daySo I would assume that it peaked out as far as speed goes. Very quite! So I put it down leaned it towards the sun with no clouds at all. I covered one of the little solar squares and the fan speed decreased a lot. Then shaded it and it slowed down. Finally some clouds covered the sun and it slowed down some.SO IT’S VARIABLE SPEED depends on how much/strong of sun it gets.Installing tomorrow morning will keep y’all updated. Also the damn thing didn’t come with any directions or cut out template. But it’s easy I watched some videos on YouTubeCame with roof/window sealant and long wood screws galvanized or stainless can’t remember and I’m not getting off the couch to look lolI tied in some wire pig tails to the neg. and positive to add a 10watt solar panel for a little more powerThe motor has a sticker on it that says 38voltsSo 24 + 10 = 34 watts should still be good.Ok installed it the morning on8-10-19 and finished at 8:45am.Not hard.Been sunny and hot all day no cloud cover hardly at all a few here and there.Got up in attic around 3pmAnd guess what? It’s still hotter then hell up there !! Prior to installing it the day before I removed the soffit vents and pressed down the insulation some to help on air flow.Even left a few vents off just in case.My house is one story brick home and at 1485 square feet of living space well or on average insulated. And this fan didn’t help all that much. My opinion is that it comes down to the cubic feet not square feet. So, I’m thinking maybe 2 or 3 more of these things to maybe do the job. And at 441.00 each I’m not so sure. I would like them to match since I already have this one. I’ve found them on other websites for about 70-100 less. Might buy from them or buy a different look/model with a higher volume. Also, on the one I just installed this morning....it’s rated at24watts/17volt solar output which comes out to be 1.41Amps...So I added a 12v power supply(110v to 12v @ .70 A) on a timer to come on in late evening cause as the sun sets in the west it doesn’t collect enough sunlight around 6:00pm to run. So the timer kicks the power supply on making the fan run pretty good and until 9pm to get the remaining heat out faster. Then i have the timer to kick on at 12am and off 1pmThen 6am to 6:30am to circulate in the cooler air from over the night before the sun starts rising and then the solar power starts kicking in.So my opinion buy 2 or 3 of these if you have what I have or go biggerThat’s why I give it three starsBecause one of these doesn’t cool my attic much at all and it’s under 2100 square feet.phoenix mall,2021 autumn and winter new, sale priceUltra Low-Profile 35-watt Natural Light Solar Attic Fan
